UPDATE  Sept 2021:  I have come to believe that Jeff Crippen does not practise what he preaches.  He vilely persecuted an abuse victim and spiritually abused many other people in the Tillamook congregation. Go here to read the evidence. Jeff has not gone to the people that he spiritually and emotionally abused. He has not apologised to them, let alone asked for their forgiveness.

Do you see the rising tide
Gathering to the victim’s side?
Rising to support survivors
Who will not be made to hide!
For the victims of abuse
Cries for justice shall proclaim
So that the bondage will be halted in Jesus’ name.

Will you detect the leaven of the swollen Pharisee?
Will you stand with those who faint, will you assist those who may flee?
Oh will you believe in truth of the victim’s plea?

Will you join in the crusade?
Will you stand up and fight with me?
Somewhere beyond the Pharisees is there a church you long to see?

Beyond the walls by which false shepherds kept us trapped and weak,
Is abundant life in Christ, the life we long so much to seek;

That freedom for victims may strongly and clearly resound.
