  1. I will take this survey, however, my spiritual abuse came from my husband not from the church. My church has been nothing more than supporting of me! I am truly blessed to belong to a congregation who will NOT tolerate abuse! I am though, interested in seeing what kinds of questions are asked.

Brenda is following guidelines that I have given her, about what are appropriate places to offer the book to. So she will explain those guidelines to readers if you enquire with her. Therefore, please do not assume that every place you nominate for a gift copy will be able to receive a book.
