Wikipedia has for some years had an article called Christianity and Domestic Violence.
It is not bad, but it could be a lot better in my opinion. It needs updating and editing by people who are familiar with this field who can add additional material, including more good quality links and references. This is a task I’ve had on my ‘to-do’ list for several years, but I never find time to get around to it.
So if any of our readers are that way inclined, you might like to have a go at submitting some editorial suggestions to Wikipedia. I have never edited anything there myself, but they have pretty clear guidelines about how to do it. And if people put dodgy stuff up, other people who know the field will usually pull it down pretty quickly. (So the research shows.)
If any of you do submit editorial suggestions to Wikipedia on this, let us know by writing a short comment here. Then others of us can keep an eye on the article and see if we think it is sound, reliable and balanced. Wikipedia is moderated by the whole community, and that includes us. And if any perpertrators trolling this site get the idea that they can distort the stuff on Wikipedia to their own advantage, we can keep an eye on that too, and submit objections to their changes so the article stays sound, reliable and balanced.
The link I’ve given above seems to be the main Wiki article that is relevant to our work, but below are some other articles that would be somewhat relevant. If you are really keen, you might like to edit them too.
