This article is good but where it says ‘yoga’ please translate that in your head to ‘gentle stretching excercises,’ and where it suggests, “Hang positive quotes and write out peaceful mantras,” please don’t think we are endorsing the use of Hindu mantras. But it’s a good idea to memorize and repeat scriptures that you find helpful in your recovery from abuse.
