Not Under Bondage:  Biblical Divorce for Abuse, Adultery and Desertion

by Barbara Roberts. This book explains the scriptural dilemmas of abuse victims in regard to separation and divorce,  carefully examines the scriptures and scholarly research, and shows how the Bible sets victims of abuse free from bondage and guilt. It will help victims throw off the unbiblical traditions they have been in bondage to and get free from their abusers. Read reviews of this book at Barbara’s website by theologians, by pastoral carers, and by others.  Here is an additional review of this book by Ps. Dave Orrison.

Divorce and Remarriage in the Church: Biblical Solutions for Pastoral Realities

So You are a Believer… Who has been through Divorce…: A Myth-Busting Biblical Perspective on Divorce

Some of us have to be careful about what we bring into the home. Technology is a blessing in these instances.

I have a secret Amazon Kindle account which has allowed me to learn about what has been happening to me without putting myself in danger for it.

Barbara Roberts, is there any way that you can add a Kindle version of “Not Under Bondage:…” to Amazon?

    • Hi Fran, publishing a second (revised) edition of Not Under Bondage is my goal for this year. I am currently on a few weeks holiday visiting my daughter in Europe. When I get home I will be working on the second edition. And the good news is, when the second edition is published it will be in e-versions as well as paperback. And of course one of the e-versions will be Kindle.

I am sorry for having taken so long on this project. Longterm followers of this blog know some of the many battles I’ve had to deal with in the last few years.
