  1. Ain’t that the truth! (And nothin’ but the truth.) Now I know why they add “the whole truth and nothing but the truth” in court – at least in the movies.

  2. A great new revelation. It is sooo true and when you are still in the fog a perfect way to try to keep you there. Enough truth to believe their lie!

  3. By forwarding part of my text messages to the pastor, husband makes the church believe I am controlling and abusive to him. If they ask me if I sent it I have to say yes but they don’t know the whole story. He is an expert at lying.

  4. And their lie is even stronger when almost of it is truth! The following quote by Charles H Spurgeon hit me when I first stumbled across it and really helped me fine tune my ‘abuse radar’.

    Discernment is not a matter of simply telling the difference between right and wrong; rather, it is telling the difference between right and almost right.
