Meg is Leaving
Dear Readers,
I just want to begin by thanking you (and the team at ACFJ) for allowing me to be a part of the ACFJ family for these past 18-20 months. I have grown, I have learned and I have loved all of YOU. As a mama of four and with a husband who is a pastor PLUS the new and added responsibilities of director of communications for Give Her Wings, I cannot continue to do all of it. Therefore, I humbly bow out from my position as contributor and will begin writing only for Give Her Wings. I fully support ACFJ and all they stand for. I am 100% behind this group and I will pop in now and then! What a blessing this group is to my heart and soul! Big hugs to all as you continue this journey of fighting . . . and resting . . . and healing . . . .
Your Fellow Warrior,
Meg
You will be missed Megan. But you are moving on to a wonderful organization and one dear to my heart. I have prayed for Give Her Wings to broaden its efforts and apparently God is saying yes to that prayer.
I will miss you! I love your compassionate spirit and wish you and your family well.
Thank you for all of the ways your transparency has helped me and the others here. We will always be touched by your affirmation and love. May The Lord continue to bless your family and your ministry. You will be missed! Hugs.
Meg, you will be very missed. I’ve enjoyed making your acquaintance and learning from your experiences. I look forward to seeing you in other regions of the blogosphere.
Blessings to you, my friend!
Megan, I will miss your wit and compassionate insight. I admire your dedication to serve at Give Her Wings. Every city should have a Give Her Wings organization, I say! Please feel our prayer of thanks for you, and prayer of blessings that God will grant you fruitfulness in this venture!
Thank you, friends, for your kind words! I will miss being a contributor but I don’t plan on going very far. 🙂 I will still comment and be engaged. Big hugs to all. xoxo
Megan, As you stated, you may not be a contributor but your comments will still keep you very much engaged with ACFJ. I am looking at your departure as you just “moving into another neighbourhood”:-) The Lord has obviously allowed this opportunity for you to minister under another roof and I will be praying for you. Thank you and bless you for your servant’s heart.
Sad. 😦
I am so glad that I got here in time to get to know you on ACFJ, Meg! 🙂
Meg, You are one of the kindest people that I have ever met. I will miss you here but will see you at Give Her Wings. Keep up the good work of ministering to the downtrodden, dear sister in Christ.
I appreciate the hard work and time you’ve given to the blog, Meg. It has been very encouraging for me and Jeff, and the special qualities of compassion and insight you’ve brought to the blog are unique and I don’t think will be easily replaceable. But I trust you’ve made the best decision, especially given all your other commitments.
And we will continue to help promote Give Her Wings.
You will be very missed! May God bless you in your new endeavors!
Meg, as others have mentioned, you are kind and compassionate with a warrior’s heart to help protect the downtrodden…Christ-like. In this new season, may God continue to guide your pen as you as you use your gifts to help set the captives free! Gal 5:1.
